Kentucky Volleyball is in the Elite 8! After the Wildcats swept the Cal Poly Mustangs in the Sweet 16 on Thursday, UK is now one step closer to an NCAA Championship. To keep the momentum going, the UK Alumni Association is once again giving fans a place to celebrate before the next big match with a free pregame “Block” Party at the King Alumni House which is fully decorated for the holidays.
The open-house-style event is a place for fans to gather before heading to Historic Memorial Coliseum to cheer on the Wildcats.
The pregame celebration will be held Saturday, Dec. 13, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. EST, before UK faces Creighton at 5 p.m. EST in the Elite 8.
Fans can enjoy snacks, refreshments and a hot cocoa bar, along with swag and giveaways. Additional activities include music, face painting and photo opportunities with the Wildcat mascot. Other NCAA volleyball tournament games will be streamed during the event.
The King Alumni House is located at 400 Rose Street, just steps from Historic Memorial Coliseum.
