Earlier this month, the UK Alumni Association along with the College of Arts and Sciences had the pleasure of hosting a fundraiser at The Apiary venue in Lexington, KY.
“Feast for the Future” was curated by UK alumni and acclaimed chefs Vishwesh Bhatt ‘91, Sara Bradley ’05 and Ouita Michel ‘87 who presented a multicourse meal crafted from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
Proceeds from the event went to the Workforce Ready Wildcats Fund, a program providing hands-on experiences to build career readiness for students before they enter the workforce.
We extend our gratitude to The Apiary staff for their warm hospitality, the acclaimed talent of our chefs, and the generous support from Clems Foods, all of which contributed to our successful fundraiser. Many thanks to all who came and supported!
