Join the UK Alumni Association for a pregame gathering and pep rally on Friday, March 17, from 4 – 6 p.m. EDT at Steel Hands Brewing, 1918 W. Gate City Blvd. in Greensboro, North Carolina, before the men’s basketball team takes on the Providence Friars in first-round action of the NCAA Tournament.
The event is free and open to the public. The UK band and cheerleaders plan to make a special appearance at the event. UK swag will be available while supplies last with food and drinks available for purchase on site.
Tournament games will take place at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex, conveniently located across the street from the UK Alumni Association gathering location. UK tips off at 7:10 p.m. EDT. The Wildcats will hold an open practice at the arena from 2 – 2:40 p.m. EDT on Thursday, March 16.
Tickets for the first and second round games in Greensboro may be purchased by visiting NCAA.com/MBBTickets.
