The UK Alumni Association invites the community to celebrate the 158th birthday of the University of Kentucky on Feb. 22, 2023, during the UK Founders Day Festival. The festival will be held on the second floor of the Gatton Student Center from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. ET.
The second annual Founders Day Festival commemorates the day John Bryan Bowman founded the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Kentucky University in 1865 with an array of activities, games, giveaways, snacks and music. Participants also can win a limited-edition UK Founders Day T-shirt.
