More than 400 guests enjoyed a traditional Thanksgiving meal during the 16th annual Multicultural Thanskgiving Dinner Tuesday, Nov. 22.
The buffet dinner was held in the Gatton Student Center Grand Ballroom in partnership with the UK International Center, UK Dining and the UK Student Government Association.
In addition to turkey, dressing and pumpkin pie, attendees were treated to performances by soloist Andrea Salazar accompanied by Erick Quijada on guitar as well as soloist Sergio Enciso accompanied by Daniel Monroy Reyes on guitar.
Remarks were provided by UK President Dr. Eli Capilouto, UK Associate Provost for Internationalization Dr. Sue Roberts and UK Alumni Association Executive Director Jill Smith.
