The New York City UK Alumni Club is hosting a series of events beginning this weekend in conjunction with the Champions Classic on Tuesday, Nov. 9.
The club will host a Kentucky Football game watch party at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6 at Jack Demsey’s, 36 West 33rd St. as UK takes on Tennessee.
Sunday, Nov. 7 is the all-day Wildcats Take Manhattan at various locations around the Big Apple. Explore the newest sights and sounds around Manhattan. Take a break on the Little Island or see the skyline in a whole new way at the observation decks at the Edge or the SUMMIT at One Vanderbilt. On Monday, Nov. 8, take a break from exploring NYC and join the club at Jack Demsey’s for an extended Happy Hour from 4-8 p.m. with other members of the Big Blue Nation.
Tuesday, Nov. 9, begins with a Game Day Happy Hour at 4 p.m. on floors 1, 3 and 4 at Jack Demsey’s to celebrate the start of the 2021-2022 basketball season. Kansas faces Michigan State at 7 p.m., followed by Kentucky against Duke at approximately 9:30 p.m. at Madison Square Garden, 4 Pennsylvania Plaza.

Started following UK BB before we had a TV on radio circa 1954. In Springfield KY. I had a scholarship else where but son Jim was a “91 grad of UK Now both in Philadelphia area and in NYC, will be third UK vs Duke game attended.
