Pearls of Wisdom networking event helps connect students with mentors

The Pearls of Wisdom networking and mentoring event drew close to 80 people on Wednesday evening at UK’s Hilary J. Boone Center.

The event was cohosted by the UK Alumni Association and the UK James W. Stuckert Career Center. The students networked with each other, the panelists, employers and female representatives from across the University.

Panelists included Mattie Ison-Bowman, Catalent Pharma Solutions; Amy Manning, Central Bank; Tara McCoy, Enterprise; Liz Toombs, PDR Interiors; Emily Edgington, Messer Construction; and Pam Elliott, Verizon Wireless.
