Kentucky Volleyball is headed to the Final Four, and the UK Alumni Association is bringing Big Blue Nation together in Kansas City at the official UK fan headquarters with a pregame “Block” Party and pep rally.
The free event will take place Thursday, Dec. 18, from 4 to 6 p.m. CST at Johnny’s Power & Light District, 1310 Grand Boulevard in the Kansas City Power & Light District, just steps from the arena.
Fans can enjoy performances by the UK Band and Cheerleaders, photo opportunities with the Wildcat mascot and a high-energy pregame atmosphere, with food and drinks available for purchase and UK alumni swag and giveaways while supplies last. The celebration will give alumni, fans and friends a central place to gather and “set” the tone before the Wildcats take the court on college volleyball’s biggest stage.
Kentucky will face Wisconsin in the semifinals of the NCAA Volleyball Tournament at approximately 8 p.m. CST, or 30 minutes following the conclusion of the previous match, at T-Mobile Center, 1407 Grand Boulevard in Kansas City. Game tickets are available for purchase here.
