Three business leaders who have been involved with the Manchester Street Distillery District from its inception discussed the past, present and future of the growing area with a packed house of UK alumni and friends Wednesday, June 7.
The crowd gathered at RD1 Spirits Tasting Room to hear the stories of Barry Brinegar, RD1 Spirits National Brand Ambassador, Rebecca Burnworth, Owner and Architect for District 7 Social Hall and Burnworth Design, and Toa Green, Owner of Crank and Boom Ice Cream.
The trio discussed the challenges and successes of the past 15 years of revitalization as well as their hopes and dreams for the future of the 25-acre historic property.
Attendees enjoyed appetizers created by chefs from District 7 Social Hall and drinks from RD1 Spirits.
